Change is the enemy.  What's a4anner (we use codenames out here in field, Dooks!) doing these days?  Intergalactic bounty hunter, I'd guess.  She ought to score a gig as a food critic.  Food blog?  You guys tried that yet?

haha. Whoops. Sorry. "A4anner" got busier. And that change was concurrent with us moving. If change gets me the hell out of Idaho, it is NOT the enemy.

She works as a graphic designer at a medical research company. It's pretty interesting.

He who plays the righteous sniper is lying to himself about his true nature.  What good can come from operating in the darkness?  No Dooks, you need to put down the scoped rifle and pick up a shotgun.  The galaxy is messy and brutal, and if you expect to bring about any change it has to be in a language that is understood and respected.

haha. Everything you say against snipers is the appeal to me. Operating in the darkness? Yes please.

Then shall I assume you'll take the bow over the battle-axe?  The sling and stone over the heavy stick?  There's no converting you, I know better than to waste any time.  I only pray that you, like many competent snipers, exercise a plan b.  Pistol, boot knife, whatever.  It's a beautiful irony when hand-to-handers take the fight to the long-rangers, in my sadistic opinion.  All the messy violence and brutal trauma they've been so desperate to avoid is presented to them in a final instance of upfront, face-to-face TERROR.

Thank you!

Yeah, I like the lesser known critters! Good call on the Kakapo feature too. They are hilarious. If you haven't read anything about him, you should look up Siracco the Kakapo. He is quite a character.
