Gremlins by WonderDookie Gremlins by WonderDookie
Not a whole lot to say about this one. I had the idea when I was drawing the beastiary (Thus the reason that gremlins didn't appear), and I didn't get around to drawing it until around Christmas. I think that watching the movie Gremlins near Christmas inspired me a bit to finally put it on paper.
In case you didn't know Gremlins are little creatures that bug up mechanical or electrical gear. Now we just call them "viruses". Personally I prefer to think that Gremlins are responsible for my computer beeping horribly at me every time I try to turn up the volume.
PS. Q&A time!
Q: How much does Dan hate cell phones?
A: A whole lot!

Ahh Gremlins-another great 80's film ;)
This pic is cute-I love how you have all the positions in awkward sort of stances-each face & expression has it's own personality too-the one down the bottom looks like hes knees are going to give way any second too! :)

Thank ya much. I think I was going for a diagonal and vertical composition, so as to completely confuse the viewer's eye. Traditional composition is for chumps!

And here I thought the gremlins weren't in The Beastiary because they'd sabotaged their own appearance there!

Nah, I think they just found that ham sandwich that I've been hiding under my matress since Halloween.
Actually... these aren't those mogwai descended Hollywood gremlins. There's no stopping these gremlins.

Well she sounds adorable. I want a nice harmless fat and cute dog. Mine is cute, but she could be the crap out of me if the mood ever took her. (I'm convinced she's half bear... she has climbed trees and I've seen her eat apples.)
