Basically the only comic strip that I read in the newspaper anymore is Get Fuzzy. Everything else reads like recycled garbage, but amazingly Darby Conley manages to be funny almost every day.
Lately he's been running a storyline with a new character named Shakespug, a pug wearing a rubber kitchen glove like pants who recites/butchers Shakespeare. It cracks me up. Anyway, I just drew this one up real quick today (couple of hours) to celebrate the ridiculousness of the comic.
Get Fuzzy is copyright of Darby Conley... I think.
Edit: I changed the color of the bone to red to make it look rubber, and give it all more of a domestic feel. I think it's funnier that way.
I'll agree with you about the comics. I like when Bucky calls him a charlatan after pointing out one of his mistakes.

Dolores Umbridge: You may have heard rumors that a certain King of Rock and Roll is still alive. This...is...a...lie. Harry: IT'S NOT LIE, I SAW HIM!
Funny, I absolutly do not get get fuzzy. I read it but often its totally wtf. THe only one I laugh at anymore (becasue foxtrot is gone) is Pearls before swine. But thats is slowly degrading aswell.
Haha I thought I recognized the cat. It is funny stuff. My friend has a comic a day calendar (the rip the square paper kind) from last year I think. I loved an arc it had where they went to Canada. Nice joke with the bone, is that you or the comics?
