Oy. My roommate just bought the entire A Nightmare on Elm Street series this week, so over the course of the last couple of days I have watched them all.

Anyway, I just felt like working on a bit looser shading style, and felt like drawing Freddy. So here it is.

I really like your coloring job on this!
The textures/brushes you used when coloring look really cool.
I also like the shading/shadows, it give him that extra creepy look! (:

Thank ya man. I was just looking at it and thinking it needed some sort of texture though.... I'll have to look into it.

Yeah. The movies are dreadfully bad, but they're still pretty fun if you're in the mood.

Thanks. I've been messing around with photoshop a bunch lately. There are so many tools that make coloring so easy. It's nice.

I always kinda liked the mythology of it. Especially Dream Warriors. It just seemed kinda epic when I was younger.

The last few movies, I could do without, tho Final Nightmare was kind of a nice twist on it. I liked when the they were talking and she was reading their conversation on the script. I coulda done without the make-up claw in that one, tho.
