Description
Yet another TMNT redesign. This time it's Ray Fillet, the hero of the deep.
I wanted to make this character a bit more playful like the old action figures from when I was a kid. Thus the duck float and the harpoon tail. I also wanted to make him look a lot more like a superhero and snagged this pose directly from an illustration of superman. His fins just make such a convenient cape!
This will probably be the last thing I post for a bit, as I am moving to another country and starting school again. I hope you all enjoy it.
